Shoulder flexion is easily done at home with an exercise band. Standing while holding band facing away from the wall hold the arm down to the side and the elbow straight. With appropriate tension on the band pull the hand away from the body without bending the elbow and keep the palm pointed toward the ground. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 2 sets of 15 reps.
