Seated to prevent the waist from twisting (not a stool or swiveling chair) hold a ball in both hands close to the body. Turn to one side and reach out as far as you can without twisting shoulders. Return to the center and reach out to the other side without twisting the shoulders. Hold each side for 3-5 seconds and repeat 15 times to each side. For Core strengthening use a weighted ball.
