The biceps and pectorals can be stretched by standing between a narrow doorway you should place one hand on each side and slowly step through the door way leading with one foot. Hold for 15-20 seconds then step back and leading with the other foot step through again holding the stretch for another 15-20 seconds. Alternating back and forth stretch each side if needed 3-5 times.
