Shoulder extension is easily done at home with an exercise band. Standing while holding band facing toward the wall hold the arm up in front of you and the elbow straight and the palm down. With appropriate tension on the band pull the hand toward the body without bending the elbow and keep the palm pointed down. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 2 sets of 15 reps.
