Crystal “Brook” Ortiz, APRN is a Nurse Practitioner and she began her career in nursing in 2006.  Brooke works with Dr. Nguyen in his Pediatrics practice and joined Bond Clinic in 2019.

Bond Pediatrics has two locations: Winter Haven and Lakeland!  Walk-ins are welcome at both locations and we are accepting new patients.

Winter Haven Hours

  • Monday- Friday: 8am-8pm
  • Saturday: 8am-5pm
  • Sunday: 8am-2pm 

Lakeland Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
