  • Have your contact/pharmacy info up-to-date with your provider.
  • Plan and allow for up to 3 days for refills on prescriptions.

  • Ask your PCP for our “Know Where To Go” flyer. This can show you the resources available to help you on your medical journey.
  • Our Urgent Care is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.

Tools of Communication

  • Set up your Bond Clinic portal with your physician’s office today. This tool helps request refills, monitor referral progress, and view medical records.
