Bond Clinic Continues to Accept Aetna Medicare HMO/PPO

To Bond Clinic Patients with Aetna Medicare HMO & PPO Coverage:

Previously you received a letter from Bond Clinic stating that we would no longer be accepting Aetna Medicare HMO or PPO insurance for your Primary Care Doctor.  We are happy to share that we were notified on May 5th that Aetna has rescinded the insurance termination.  Bond Clinic will continue to accept Aetna Medicare HMO and PPO insurance for Primary Care and Specialists.

We understand that changes in insurance are not easy and are grateful that we will continue to accept the insurance you selected. You may have some questions, so we have listed some Frequently Asked Questions below.

• I still have my Aetna plan and have not made any changes; do I need to do anything? 
  No, you do not need to do anything. Continue to see your PCP and specialists as usual.

• I changed my PCP in order to keep my Aetna coverage; can I come back to Bond Clinic? 
  Yes, please call the Aetna Member Services number on your insurance card for assistance.

•  I changed my insurance in order to keep my PCP, what do I do now?   
  We recommend you contact your insurance agent; we do not believe this would qualify for a special enrollment period.
