Bond Clinic is pleased to Welcome back, Stephanie Cassady ARNP
to the Bond Clinic, P.A. Ms. Cassady has been a Family Practice Nurse Practioner in Polk County for 16 years. Twelve of those years at Bond Clinic, P.A. Ms. Cassady comes to back to us with an enormous amount of experience and a great deal of achievements.

She received her AS in Nursing from the Polk Community College in 1991. Also her BS in Nursing from the University of South Florida and her MS in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 1995.

Her achievements consist of:

Instructor of Diabetes Self Management Education Classes – Bond Clinic, P.A.

Graduated first in Nursing Class – Polk Community College
